A little help
along the way.
Getting started, making room, and picking up where you left off.
Your first puzzle
Open PuzzlePic and choose Use your photo. Pick a photo from your library, or take a new one. Choose 12, 24, 48, 96, 150, or 240 pieces, then start your puzzle.
To try it with an included picture, choose Starter collection or Try a sample. The collection contains 12 original artworks available offline.
Finding the right fit
Browse loose pieces in the drawer, then move them into your working area. Matching pieces can connect away from the finished board and move together as a group.
Use Edges to narrow the tray to edge pieces. Expand the drawer when you need space to sort, or tuck it away to focus on the board. Zoom and pan to work at a comfortable scale.
Come back to your puzzle
Your current puzzle and its progress save automatically on the device. On the home screen, use Continue puzzle to resume your work.
Saved progress resumes the same puzzle. Starting a new puzzle from a photo can create a new set of cuts. Keeping a puzzle on one device does not mean it transfers to another; no cross-device sync is promised here.
If your saved puzzle does not appear as expected, contact us before deleting or reinstalling the app.

Email connect@clairos.ai with your device, installed PuzzlePic version, and the steps leading up to the problem. A screenshot can help—remove anything personal before sending it.
You do not need to send your original photo to describe a problem.
